Luke Arthur
Luke is a NABCEP certified solar professional with over ten years of industry experience. A determined entrepreneur, he’s overseen the installation of over 2,000 residential jobs involving solar energy. He graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Business Administration and worked as COO/CFO for Sun Solar, CEO for Simple Solar, and CEO for Simple Grow.
Ron Hisel
Ron brings over 12 years of experience in renewable energy and construction management to the Simple Solar team. He has managed over 26,000 residential and more than 60 commercial installations in 13 states. Ron’s multi-faceted business experience in the renewable energy field includes handling tasks from manufacturing to installation. He’s served as SVP of Operations for PosiGen, COO for Sigora Solar Charlottesville (Virginia’s #1 residential solar provider), COO for BLG Solar Houma, LA, Sr. Project Manager for Uptown Solar, and Business Development Manager for Motorskill Venture Capital.


Dale Derischebourg
Dale’s 25-years of experience took him through supply chain management, operations, procurement, and logistics. He served as a U.S. Army Quartermaster officer and worked for several multi-national companies. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and studied General Electric (GE) aircraft engines. His experience includes roles of SVP & GM for PosiGen Solar (Commercial & Multi-Family Projects), SVP Supply Chain for Dyno Nobel, VP Supply Chain & Logistics for GKN Aerospace, and Site GM & Director Global Procurement for PerkinElmer.
Kevin Scialabba
Kevin brings over 14 years of experience in renewable energy to the table. He also has expertise in handling network engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. Ken graduated from Rutger University with a Business degree and has served as VP Sales & Marketing for PosiGen Solar, Director of Sales for NRG Home Solar, Regional Sales Manager for Astrum Solar, Mid Atlantic Sales Manager for Real Good Solar Inc., Senior Sales Executive for Advanced Performance Solar and Regional Sales Director for Green Energy People LLC.


Jeff Derischebourg
Jeff has had a 34-year career in domestic and international planning, construction, engineering, software engineering, and operations for telecom networks. He’s constructed more than 1,200 telecommunication sites after graduating from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a degree in electrical engineering. Jeff has worked as Director of Program Management for Cisco Systems, Director of Engineering & Operations for Nextel Communications, and Regional Director of Network Operations for US Cellular.
Dennis Wilson
Dennis is one of the founding partners of Simple Solar. With 8 years as the Director of Sales, 13 years in finance and 5 years as a VP for a local bank–his experience in finance and solar combined allows us to provide customers with the best possible sales experience. Prior to banking and solar Dennis spent 20+ years as a Service Manager and later as an Account Manager at Banc: Source, Inc., a banking equipment company that he helped grow from a local 10 person company to a national service and equipment provider with over 400 employees, contracted to serve more than 4,500 banks.
